Return Policy:
Purchased items are deemed Un-returnable if worn, tags have been removed, or have sustained damage by the customer or have been washed. If you need to return or exchange a part or all of your purchase from ACT RIGHT® Gear, you may return or exchange the item(s) within 30 days of the purchase. Be sure to return the item(s) you wish to return or exchange to the ACT RIGHT® Gear return address. Include your receipt, a note describing the problem, your contact info, and the method of exchange. For your contact info, include your name, address, phone # and e-mail. This information will allow me to contact you, if necessary regarding the return. Your returned item(s) may be exchanged for credit towards another ACT RIGHT® Gear product.

If you are not happy with your shirt or size and opt to get another one in exchange, shoot me an email. Please include $5 for the return shipping cost.

Please note: We do not reimburse any additional shipping cost you may incur when returning or exchanging item(s).

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
